Hotel
Cancellation policy:
- up to 14 days before day of arrival - free of charge
- within 14 to 7 days of arrival date - 50%
- 7 days before day of arrival - 100%
General booking guidelines:
- from January until the end of March (Thu - Sa): min. 3 nights
- from 05.02 until 25.02: min. 7 nights

Campsite

- within 48 hours before the day of arrival - 50%

Over New Year's Eve min. 7 nights
In case of early departure or late arrival the full 7 nights will be charged!
Over the Hahnenkamm weekend min. 3 nights
